BYD Shark At AIC Signals New Era

The BYD Shark 6 is an exciting new car for the industry, as the first mainstream plug-in hybrid ute with two electric motors and an internal combustion engine.

The AIC was keen to get its hands on this vehicle as quickly as possible, being aware of the interest from the aftermarket in developing products.

As soon as we took possession of the Shark, we began our standard process of weighting the vehicle, taking measurements and beginning our scanning process.
