- After your order is confirmed, your data packs are available in the portal under My Purchases. Each pack has a download button that delivers the files directly. Download availability is subject to the terms of your licence, including any download limits or expiry period.
- Can my whole team access the same data pack?
- Purchases are made through your company account, so all users linked to your company can view and download your purchased packs from within the portal. Contact us to add additional users to your company account.
